Cake Mix Christmas Cookies
This cake mix cookie recipe uses simple ingredients, they are easy to make and are sure to bring some extra holiday cheer!
Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 2 egg whites
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup M&Ms
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°
- 2. In a large bowl mix the cake mix, egg whites, flour and olive oil together
- 3. Mix in the M&Ms and chocolate chips
- 4. Roll dough into 1x1 balls and place on cookie sheet
- 5. Gently push the cookie dough balls down just a bit to create a cookie form
- 6. Add a few M&Ms and chocolate chips to the top to make the bright Christmas colors stand out
- 7. Bake for 6-7 minutes
- 8. Immediately remove from the baking sheet and put on cooling rack & let cool at room temperature
Notes
These can be stored in an airtight container for 3-5 days. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months.
