Add a few M&Ms and chocolate chips to the top to make the bright Christmas colors stand out
Bake for 6-7 minutes
Immediately remove from the baking sheet and put on cooling rack & let cool at room temperature
- These can be stored in an airtight container for 3-5 days. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months.
-
Don't overbake, cookies finish quickly in the last 1–2 minutes. Remove when set and no longer doughy.
-
Move cookies off the baking sheet and onto a wire rack right away to prevent overly crispy bottoms.
-
Any boxed mix works, but extra moist white is a favorite. Try flavors like strawberry or French vanilla for variety.
-
Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for easy clean up.
