Meatground beef, chicken & ground turkey are all good options
Nacho toppings like green onionsrefried beans, red onion, green chiles, fresh cilantro, lime juice, black olives, black beans, pico de gallo, jalapeno slices, roma tomatoes
Instructions
1. Take your foil pan and add a layer of tortilla chips
2. Add your toppings that you want warm (we like to leave the sour cream & salsa off until the end) and top with a layer of cheese
3. Cover your pan with a sheet of aluminum foil, make it loose so that the melted cheese doesn't stick to the top of it
4. Place over hot coals for 2-5 minutes, checking the pan every few minutes- cook time can vary depending on how hot your fire is
5. Take off and remove top foil and add additional toppings
6. Enjoy!
Notes
It is fun to let each person have individual tin pans to make their own nachos inThese cook fast and the chips can burn. We like to check our nachos every few minutes to make sure this doesn't happenCook over low flame with medium heatUse flame resistant gloves to help get the pan out of the open flame
