3/4cuppowered sugarit may take a little more depending on consistency
1cupm&ms
2cupspretzels
1 1/2cupmini peanut butter cups
Instructions
Measure out 5 cups of your Chex cereal & set aside- I used Rice Chex for this recipe
In a saucepan add butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips over low heat stirring constantly
Once the above mixture is melted add vanilla
Pour peanut butter and chocolate mixture over Chex
Stir until Chex is completely covered with the chocolate mixture
Add the powdered sugar to the Chex mix- you can either do this in a bowl or if you have little hands helping adding the Chex and powered sugar to a zip lock and letting them shake it is a fun way to get kids involved
Once the Chex mix is completely covered with powdered sugar pour into bowl
Add m&ms, peanut butter cups and pretzels
Enjoy!
Notes
Don't be afraid to add more M&Ms, peanut butter cups or pretzels to your liking
You may need to add more powdered sugar depending on how the Chex/chocolate mixture is taking it
You could chill your Chex/chocolate mixture for about 15 minutes before adding powdered sugar to help the powdered sugar stick
