Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or wax paper.
Spread your greek yogurt in a thin layer on the lined baking sheet.
Add your fresh fruit, white chocolate chips and any other desired toppings to the yogurt.
Place in the freezer until frozen (around 3-4 hours).
Once frozen, take out to cut or break apart and enjoy!
Notes
The bark may need to sit at room temperature for a minute or two after taking out of the freezer before you can cut it. Don’t let it sit for too long though because it will begin to melt!
The yogurt will store in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
