Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • Optional: Festive sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or wax paper.
  • Spread your greek yogurt in a thin layer on the lined baking sheet.
  • Add your fresh fruit, white chocolate chips and any other desired toppings to the yogurt.
  • Place in the freezer until frozen (around 3-4 hours).
  • Once frozen, take out to cut or break apart and enjoy!

Notes

  • The bark may need to sit at room temperature for a minute or two after taking out of the freezer before you can cut it.  Don’t let it sit for too long though because it will begin to melt!
  • The yogurt will store in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
