Hot Chocolate Snow Ice Cream

A fun snow day treat for kids - this chocolate snow ice cream recipe made with hot cocoa mix is simple to make and fun to eat!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 packets hot cocoa mix
  • 7-10 cups of fresh snow

Instructions
 

  • Mix the hot cocoa mix and milk in a large bowl until well combined.
  • Add the snow until it reaches your desired consistency.
  • Add fun toppings and enjoy!

Notes

If you do not have hot cocoa mix you could substitute with 2 tbsp cocoa and 1/4 cup sugar.
