Add the vinegar, salt, sugar and egg whites to a mixing bowl.
Beat on medium high speed until the egg whites are glossy and stiff. About 5-10 minutes.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Use a spoon and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper in mounds.
Turn off the oven. Place the cookies in the warm oven and seal shut. Leave overnight.
Take the cookies out in the morning and use a knife to cut in half to reveal the hollow inside. He is risen! Happy Easter!
