3. Insert popsicle sticks in the bottom of the bananas- we used craft sticks in our craft bin and they worked perfectly
4. Dip banana in your yogurt until the banana is covered
5. Lay the banana on the parchment paper on your baking sheet
6. Add the sprinkles to your liking
7. Put in the freezer for at least 1 hour for the yogurt to harden
8. Enjoy!
Notes
Other topping options include chocolate chips, crushed nuts, drizzled melted chocolate or even peanut butter.You could use plain yogurt, greek yogurt, or even full-fat yogurt. If you need some extra sweetness you can stir in agave nectar or maple syrup.If you don't have parchment paper on hand you wax paper also works.I prefer using ripe bananas for some extra sweetness.
