We love Valentine’s Day and have had fun making these heart suncatchers and bleeding tissue paper hearts and were looking for a few printable activities to add to our celebration.
This I spy printable is a great activity for a quiet afternoon activity, to fill in some free time during the school day, as a fun bordom buster or to have at Valentine’s Day celebrations or classroom parties!
This is not only a fun activity for kids but it also helps kids work on counting and visual discrimination skills. With festive images like hearts, cupcakes, dinosaurs, and hot cocoa, it’s a fun way to celebrate Valentine’s Day. How To Play This I Spy Game
Print the printable template (form to get this emailed to you is towards the end of this post)
Use crayons or markers and have your child color in the objects as they find them
In the answer key at the bottom of the page there is a number by each item, this shows how many of each item are in the picture that the child needs to find.
You could even make a fun magnifying glass to add in some extra fun
