About The Hot Cocoa Mix
Here is a link to our tried and true homemade hot chocolate mix. We love making a huge batch at the beginning of winter and having it all season long. This mix includes:
- Whole milk powder
- Granulated sugar
- Powdered sugar
- Dutch processed cocoa
- SaltÂ
All you have to do is add hot water and you have a sweet cup of hot chocolate. If you are short on time or don’t have the ingredients on hand you can always use store bought hot chocolate instead!

There are two versions included in this printable, both are designed to be the perfect finishing touch for this thoughtful homemade gift. Each tag includes mixing and serving directions and there are 6 tags per page. The two versions include:
- One with a “to and from” section for quick gifting
- One without this “to and from” section for a clean, classic look
How To Use These Gift Tags
- Print on cardstock for best results, we chose a brown cardstock to give it a little more of a classic look
- Cut out tags
- Hole punch the top hole on each gift hot cocoa gift tag
- Attach the tag to the jar or bag with twine, ribbon or string
